Bloom at Bossier - Level 3

My sister & I have had bad experiences dealing with Lori She never does what she tells you she is going to do. She has told us 3 time that she ordered a double patio door. Frame is rotten from floodicng (water damage) & termites has eat it up plus she is in assisted living & they are not following doctors orders. She will not return calls & I am not to call Amanda that is what I was told

I had to try to get my BIL into a facility rather quickly and Amanda at Bloom at Bossier went above and beyond to help us get him in in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, he declined rather quickly and needed a room in Assisted Living. Once again, Amanda exceeded herself to accommodate us with a room in that area. They assisted us the moving and continued to check on us. During this whole process, another I’d like to mention is Beth, who also was so helpful and kind. Everyone that I have had any contact with have been kind, considerate and helpful! The patrons at the Bloom are treated with respect and consideration for the humans they still are!

My parents love it here. There's plenty to do with others. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner are served daily. Staff genuinely care about the residents and greet everyone by name with a smile. I know my parents are well cared for at the Bloom at Bossier.

Amanda was sooo helpful from the moment I called for information for my brother. She was so helpful, kind and went above & beyond for us. Beth & Laurie jumped in and made us feel so welcome. Earl took care of lining up the medication team & his team of movers Austin & Adam were remarkable! They were patient , kind and efficient. Thank you so much and job well done! We are very grateful.

My father has lived at the Bloom at Bossier in an one bedroom apartment for about five years. He likes the friendly staff, the management team and he enjoys visiting with the residence in dinning room. In the warmer weather he enjoys walking on their walking trails. Since the pandemic he has received great care and attention, which very important since I have not been able to visit with him. The staff does daily temperature checks three times a day, watching out for any illness!
