CHATEAU PACIFIC RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

After visiting many facilities in Snohomish County, with our mom helping decide, we chose Chateau Pacific. She was a resident there for 16 months. This Assisted Living/MemoryCare facility has such a warm welcoming environment. It is clean, has good food and a variety of activities from weekly happy hour to bingo, Spa Day and celebrations for holidays. The staff members are friendly, kind, compassionate and make every effort to get to know each resident and their needs. They work hard to include families as much as each would like to participate. No place is perfect as families face the challenges of aging, however the staff here always listened and were willing to work with us to provide the best options for our mom. We are fortunate to have found Chateau Pacific and appreciate everyone there. It felt like home for mom and an extended family for all of us.

I give Chateau Pacific my highest possible praise. My mom moved in just last year. She jumped right in to all the activities and honestly had such a blast. She was 94, coming off living alone during the pandemic and was eager for activity and companionship. Every single staff member I met, from the front desk, to dining staff, housekeeping, maintenance, nursing....everyone was happy, patient and kind. I will shout to the heavens, if you are searching for a place for yourself or a parent, feel safe in your decision here. I felt the pricing was a bargain too. Mom had a beautiful apartment with a deck, separate bedroom, washer and dryer and even a gas fireplace (not all rooms have this). She truly was in heaven. Unfortunately, she recently passed away, but even in her final days, we were all treated with love and compassion. I don't think you can have a better experience in your later years. We are forever grateful.
