FIG GARDEN HOME CARE

Visited some family in this facility and I just wanted to say that I had a pleasant experience. The staff in the front was very friendly and my family members enjoy living there. They are very accommodating and seem very organized. Highly recommend them!

Well, this place felt so at home, I felt very welcome and I felt like I was already a residence. I hope soon! The atmosphere was so uplifting and very motivitonal to the point that there is so much to move around viewing the grounds and watching staff doing their work for us! That was great to see plus the staff are very professional. The community Relations Director is very patient and ready to answer your questions or concerns we had during the tour.

I love Truewood by Merrill, Fig Garden, it has been such a wonderful home for my father. When my father visited it back in 10/2022, he said to me, I want to live here, I asked him why and he said, didn’t you see the faces of the residents living there? They are happy, smiling and they look at peace and since we stayed for lunch, he said, “and I like the food! My father was very lonely after my mother’s passing and here at Truewood, he met new friends and even a companion. Truewood has provided my father a safe place, where he can socialize, participate in activities, eat 3 meals per day and be at peace. The staff is so friendly and I feel like they are our extended family, they are so friendly and supportive to us. It does take a village to support our loved ones and the staff here are awesome, they are all so flexible, kind and just amazing. I love the residents as well, they are fun and so kind. My father had to move rooms and it is amazing what a smooth transition we had and so stress free. My family and I are so thankful to Truewood, the staff and the residents there.

My Father has been at Truewood for over two years now and we couldn’t be happier. It has honestly been “Heaven sent.” The staff at this place are helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Recently my father moved to a more suitable room for his needs and Violet, the Manager, made it happen within hours and with such ease. His room transition was incredibly fast and affordable. Furthermore the daily variety of meals are nutritious and delicious and are my father’s favorite times of day. Truewood by Merrill is a clean, safe, affordable and friendly environment for yourself or your loved ones. I 100% recommend this wonderful place!!

My company did some carpet cleaning Back in may 2024 never got paid!! Been in contact with main office still waiting.Real professional administration Taking advantage of a small business would not recommend this place for anyone.
