Huge security concern! Residents allowed to walk outside up to the main busy street. Hardly ever anyone at the Front Desk or the lunch room area. No way to get in touch with the staff except to walk in and knock on a door. A few weeks ago a resident wandered up to the busy street. No one noticed he had gone missing.

Very clean environment with hard working, dedicated employees providing exemplary Client services😇..however, "2 RECOMMENDATIONS" 1) Employees entrance door "is not" locked..even though it has a sipher key punch lock. "SECURITY" concern. 2) their street sign on the main street definitely needs LIGHTING to see during evening hours.

My parents have been here a little over a year. My siblings and I are constantly amazed, and warmed, and comforted by the care they get here. Every single caregiver, and nurse, and aide, and staff member is caring and attentive and really make you feel like they know the family and the residents and they care about them. We feel lucky my parents found this for their assisted living home.
