I am a visitor of one of the residents. The food here is bad. A few years ago, it used to be good, then it became okay, and now it’s consistently bad. Management knows this, but nothing changes. The residents deserve better - they pay a lot of money to live here. They also don’t have a choice but to eat this food. I don’t have a problem with the waitstaff. They are very patient and respectful, but the food they serve is terrible. I’m tired of getting sick after I eat here. I’m heavily leaning towards filing a formal complaint with the state. You know it’s bad -hold yourselves accountable and fix it.

North Oaks is a great community fostering culture and friendship with residents and staff. There are great events and activities planned weekly for everyone to enjoy.

I've been a resident in independent living in North Oaks for over 3 years. Recently I was asked to take the roll of president of the North Oaks Residents Association which I consider an honor and a privilege. In addition to know that my opinion is heard by management and owner, I am more aware how hard they work to make North Oaks the best CCRC.

I have been here for 10 years and never regretted the move. There are so many services and activities available and the staff is great. The size makes it easy to make friends. Now that I no longer drive, it is wonderful to have the available transportation to doctors, groceries, Target, etc.

My father was a resident at North Oaks Independent Living for 6 years before he passed. He wished he had moved in earlier! He made great friends among the residents & staff. Everyone was treated with respect & kindness. There was never a lack of activities, speakers or other programming. We as family also loved the facility & people & are grateful for his experience there. I highly recommend North Oaks!
