Nice place to live, the management is attentive and fix problems in a timely manner. Great little neighborhood at a friendly price.

I lived here for 5 years as my first apartment, and have zero complaints about this property. The rent has always been very affordable, and management always does a great job. Eddie was always very professional and quick to resolve any issues during my time here. I recommend Rockford Ridge to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

Best Townhomes I have lived in As someone that was new to renting I could not have asked for more. What little maintenance issues I had they addressed quickly and completely (Let's be honest, better than I would have done in my own home) When I move out they worked with me on the remaining lease until someone took over and they were nothing but professional and courteous. I would recommend them day and night to anyone that needs a home to live in.

Very clean and quiet location but close to shopping and within walking distance to downtown Rockford and the White Pine Trail. Recent exterior renovations are very nice; clean town homes. No major maintenance issues. Management is friendly and very attentive to requests or questions.

I have enjoyed living at Rockford Ridge over the past couple of years. Very nice, quiet community with easy access to 131 and White Pine Trail. Newly remodeled interior and exterior. Management has quickly responded to any issues without any hassles. Snow removal is timely and frequent. Excellent place to call home!
