I was at the Watermark recently celebrating Senior Pride. The facility was warm and inviting. The staff were helpful and welcoming. And I cannot forget about the food. It was delicious and plentiful. I thank you Watermark for a wonderful Pride celebration. 2/23/24 I was at a luncheon today with Lavendar Seniors celebrating Black history month as guests of Watermark. Once again the staff were warm and welcoming to everyone and accommodating to everyone's needs. The food was like homemade with love care. The kitchen staff know what their doing. Being there with friends and community makes it a friendly place to be.

I love the Watermark. The whole staff there hosts my company’s LGBTQ+ senior social luncheon. Stephanie, Grace, Remy, and the Christinas are amazing. We have a group of about 40-50 seniors that come every month, and everyone feels so welcome and leaves with smiles in their faces. Thank you all!

Always open welcome with wholesome atmosphere, delicious food, and cordial entertainment. Makes one want to return again and again!

This is such a big decision. We toured a few locations and knew the moment we walked into Watermark by the Bay that this was my mom's new home. Grace and Stephanie are wonderful as is each and every staff member - they are kind and caring and take their time with the residents. The facility is beautiful and feels like a warm, welcoming hotel rather than an assisted living facility. The food is fantastic and thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and my mom felt at home immediately. So happy and relieved to have found such a wonderful new home for my mom.

When you think of placing your mom or dad or uncle or aunt in a secured, serene senior living community, think of Watermark by the Bay. This is the “Tesla” of senior living; a five star luxury retirement community for the seniors. The food is outstandingly scrumptious. The chef, Christina and her team are very nice, caring and professionals; and they make quality and healthy meals. I eat here all the time! The management team are very wonderful, hardworking and caring human beings. Kevin, the ED, is an astute manager who is detail-oriented, and will always make out time to listen to you. The Front desk team are very prompt and professionals whose customer service is second to none. The nursing team are very professionals too who provide quality care for the seniors. I like the way they have handled the COVID-19 pandemic, testing both the staff and residents every Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You guys are doing wonderful job👏👏 I highly recommend this place!
