How does this happen? Repulsive! Nobody at that facility was aware of this behavior was going on for how long? This is how our frail, dependent, vulnerable friends in our society are cared for! Truly disturbing! Two years in prison is insulting. One person speaking up and FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH may have made all the difference. Just reporting not enough but seeing it through. I wish these victims and their families the very best!
