I am very disappointed because the person who opened the door didn’t seem friendly at all she seemed bothered by everything, when she opened the door she didn’t even say hi, she got annoyed when I asked for a tissue, she said with a really bad attitude “is it for her?” Referring to the resident. I think these poor residents deserve better than that, they need people who have compassion and love for them to treat them better. I have something to add, sadly the lady my friend was taking care of started losing a lot of weight and passed away one month after being at this place 🥲.
