Great location. Excellent staff!!

My mother was staying at the facility on Liberty Rd. One particular staff was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. My mother was not properly cared for. Due to severe constipation and attempting to extracting her own feces from her rectum. With feces lodged under her fingernails feeding herself... you can imagine. The owner did want to hear concerns from some of the family and if I made a complaint she was ready to put my mother out. her staff to be disrespectful not only to me but other family members. I can go on & one. Upon removing my mother from her facility one of the staff members appeared to be high. She repeatedly nodded off in the midst of a chore and assisting with my mother. My mother once again was severely constipated and no one did anything. I have proof. I would not recommend this place to watch over a dead animal.
