K Harvey is awesome. She is truly conscientious and dedicated to providing top Quality service. she is very resourceful and goes the extra mile for me and her residents. I attended an event before moving in and the entire staff has been so helpful. If you are looking for a place to live this community is a sure bet.

I want to give the Assistant Property Manager, Kechelle Harvey, big shout out for always resolving any matters that I bring to her. She is very responsive, understanding, and professional. As a resident, we always want to feel like we are being heard, and Kechelle shows that she cares.

I've lived here for 2 years, and I greatly appreciate the changes being made in the complex, and it started as soon as Kevin got here! he is very efficient knowledgeable and helpful, Kechelle and the new manager Katrina genuinely care for the tenants and has shown that they'll do anything to improve the quality of not only the complex but the quality of life of their tenants, if you want a staff that cares come to fordleigh!

Nice staff can do a better job answering the phone. I call multiple times and no one answers. Also the time for Wednesday needs to be changed as well. Kevin also can have a better attitude he is helpful, but seems overwhelmed most of the times. Kechelle is great!
