I’m a little slow in writing this review. My husband was there for a little less than a month before he passed. That’s been seven months ago. The name A Caring Home with Friends says it all. It truly is! Whenever I walked in the staff was always interacting with the family. Most of the time they would be in the family room watching TV together or interacting in activities. You felt warmth and love the moment you walked in. Absolutely everyone there is treated like family and you are family also. The staff is phenomenal, extremely professional and treat you and your loved ones with so much dignity. I highly recommend A Caring Home with Friends.

This place is just what the name says...A Caring Home With Friends. My husband has been here since 2023 and I am so blessed to have found such a loving, caring environment for him. I would recommend this residential care home to anyone wanting to find a place for a loved one who is no longer able to be taken care of at home. I love the owners and all the staff....they have become like family to me.

I highly recommend Cedar Village: A Caring Home with Friends! My parents spent their last months there and we were ALL treated like family. In fact, some of the workers say they treat the residents like their own grandmas and grandpas. We loved the one to three ratio of caregivers to residents---so much better than in other homes. They were always pleasant, attentive, and caring. Social workers who came to visit my parents said this is an "exceptional home--one of the two best in the entire region." The owners, Rani and Mina are very responsive to our communication and our concerns. We could call or text anytime and we got a quick reply. They also let us know when they saw something that was "off" with my parents. While creating a family atmosphere, they strictly followed professional protocol with meds and treatments and other details. If a problem arose, they were quick to listen to my parents and find a resolution. They looked out for the specific interests of the residents. When Mina learned that my dad loved to play the piano, she inquired and someone donated a keyboard for him to play. The activities director came everyday to try to engage the residents in fun activities. One of the caregivers escorted my mom to my dad's funeral making it possible for her to attend. Any time I wanted to talk with my parents or facetime with them, the home provided the phone or iPad and got us connected. Even from out of town, I had good daily contact and could "see" how they were doing. I surely miss that. We had everyone's personal cell numbers, not something you get in a big outfit. I wish we had found A Caring Home with Friends earlier. But at least I can encourage others to visit and see if this is the best home for their loved ones. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

A great assisted living residence with the warm, friendly feel of a home. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable and gives personalized care. My Dad was there for 3.5 years until his recent passing, and they seamlessly adapted to accommodate him as his needs changed over time.

My mom was only with A Caring Home with Friends for two weeks before she passed away. They were wonderful to her and took great care to make sure she was comfortable and in no pain. I am sorry Mom was not able to recover enough to really enjoy this wonderful place and the amazing caregivers.
