My insurance company sent me up with this company to provide me visits for her condition to help me in my home. Well, they sent somebody they proceeded to tell me all the things they weren’t gonna do. They were completely useless to me. They kept promising things they weren’t gonna deliver. Left me with more of a mess than Help. So when I asked for a different caregiver, they quit taking my calls I think that’s completely horrible. You’re in the job of helping people but you really don’t give a crap. I’m completely disgusted so now I have visits that are not complete and a lot of stress to try and find a caregiver from a different company. I’m calling to report this company to my insurance company Because I don’t think they should be in business for helping people when they really don’t care I used to do healthcare. I’ve never seen this kind of stuff.

I'm very grateful for the care that Sue and team provided. My mother needed immediate round-the-clock companion care while being hospitalized for 3 days. Sue responded quickly and provided a caregiver within hours of my call. The caregivers Christina and Lateefah were wonderful!
