We had such a good experience at this care home. Even though our senior passed in October I can look back happy to know he was well cared for. Vicky was our caregiver and she has the biggest heart. Our senior was always clean, pressed and ready for his day. I appreciated that his hair was even brushed daily. We came from another facility that was giving little to no care so it was such a relief to see the level of care here. I felt like Vicky really cared for our senior and helped him through the stages of dying physically and emotionally. When you can’t take care of your senior you want them to have the care they deserve. Safety and comfort are not to be taken for granted and I will always be thankful for the care we received.
