I cannot say enough good words about A Paradise For Parents. Hal and his team are absolutely amazing. My husband had cognitive decline and after 32 days he was able to come home and live a normal life. We are following the same regiment at home that Hal and his team utilized in those 32 days. I will forever be grateful to God, Hal and his team. Thanks to this wonderful experience my husband is living a blessed life with me and our family. This is where I would want my loved one to be. The staff truly cares. The menu leaves the house smelling like home. Decorations every single holiday , birthday parties, live bands. Very fun. It’s home. Laura, the manager is a gem.

I don’t even like to call it a facility— it’s home and everyone here is family. From the nutritious well balanced meals to the activities, programs, volunteers, the care — everything is top notch. The caregivers are truly gifted and determined to make the lives of their residents better and more meaningful. Hal is relentless in his pursuit to add life to the years of his residents. The owner is deeply involved, caring, and has created a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home. You can tell this is more than just a business — it’s a place built on love, respect, and dignity for every resident. Knowing my mom is surrounded by such kindness and professionalism gives me peace of mind I can’t put into words. My grandmother has been at the Banff location for about two years. I am so grateful that my family found this group home where she is so well cared for. I have visited on multiple occasions and it is apparent how the staff care for every resident. The house is clean and tidy no matter the time of day that I visit, and the residents always get the help they need. It is a challenging decision to place an elderly loved one in any type of home or facility—not to mention a difficult transition for the individual entering the home. Paradise for Parents is the place. I am so grateful for Laura, Melanie, Miriam and Elvis for the love and care they have shown to my grandmother. It is all I could ever ask for when I live on the other side of the country.
