AAA LAGUNA HILLS ASSISTANCE CARE HOME

We have been a AAA member for some time. My wife and I stopped in yesterday to discuss our Homeowner's and Automotive policy needs with Andrej Strauss. Andrej is thorough, patient, and an extremely knowledgeable insurance agent. It is refreshing to have the ability to visit a local agent and review your insurance needs with someone as Andrej.

The staff doesn't know what they are doing here. They are not trained on DMV rules and regulations. Skip this location. Other locations have better trained staff.

Been with AAA for years. Wait times have become as bad as the DMV. Also, insurance quotes are higher than you can get on your own. Great for roadside assistance but not for other services.

Maria the member service specialist was very helpful & kind! She went above and beyond in customer service. I’ve been to this location many times and everyone at this location has been very kind. I have very positive experiences when I visit this location.

I went in to make a change on my insurance payment method Everyone was friendly and helpful. The elevator was convenient. I got in and out in under 15 minutes. It was fantastic.
