We moved my parents into Ashley Manor on Cory Lane. The entire staff from nurses, med techs to chefs and all staff treated my parents with kindness and compassion. We visited my parents twice a week and enjoyed having lunch with them. The meals were always very delicious. We met and visited with other residents as well and they were very happy. When my mom passed away the staff and also White Oak Hospice were so caring. They continued to treat my dad with kindness and compassion. My dad passed six months later and my husband and I are so very thankful for Ashley Manor and the sincere love and care they gave my parents as well as helping us through this difficult time.

We moved my brother to Ashley Manor on W. Cory Ln in Boise, Idaho on August 1, 2023. My brother and I couldn't be happier with the move. The entire staff from the administration to medical, kitchen, and maintenance staff have all been incredibly amazing! A special shout out to Cortney, the administrative assistant for her dedication and assistance in facilitating communications between the facility and insurers, as well as medical facilities. Cortney, has been instrumental in her coordination with others, both internal and external to ensure that information is shared and transferred appropriately in a safe and timely manner. Another special shout out to Tammie, the Activities Coordinator. There's not a day goes by that Tammie isn't totally engaged, whether it's striving to collect and gather donations for quarterly yard sales for a multitude of facility events consisting of, years resident holiday parties, picnics, games, to the and outings. In addition, she is the chief transportation and setup coordinator! Another special acknowledgement goes out to the kitchen. My brother has raced from day one about the delicious meals served. In addition, they're always accommodating resident special needs to ensure that the residents never miss a meal, that the meals meet their special diet needs, as well as, offering a variety of alternatives to satisfy resident preferences or taste and buds. All in all, we could not be happier with the facility, the office staffers, caregivers, maintenance, and the like. The facility is always clean, well kept and extremely accommodating in meeting its residential needs. So full of gratitude for every aspect of their existence and blessed to be a part of it!!! Special blessings to each and everyone of you!!!

This is the best food you'll find in any facility. Ashley Manor is directed by a seasoned chef with over 40 years of experience. Meals are prepared with passion and precision that only a true culinary professional can deliver!

I have witnessed remarkable changes at Cory Lane that have made significant differences in the residents' quality of life. The facility has faced challenges in the past, but it is evident that the leadership has taken proactive steps to address and rectify those issues. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this community. There are amenities that no other community offers for specific needs.

The hallways smell weird. The technicians responsible for your medication and answering your call light regularly play on their phones instead for as much as 15 minutes. The nursing staff is worse. At one point I had to wait 85 minutes for them to show up. I complained of a UTI and they took a sample but it took them 4 days to come back only to discover I had E coli and then another 2 days to get antibiotics for me. I have a compromised immune system and they know it so they were risking me going septic and were apathetic. For medical reasons I have a limited diet and I was told it would be accommodated but it wasn't and I lost 11 lb the first week I was there. The portions are small and you're only allowed one snack a day. There are almost no greens served and almost all of the meat is deep fried. The administration is not bashful about lying and changing their documentation if you complain about the conditions. They refused to follow my doctor's orders and instead of giving me my medication four times a day they gave it to me 10 times a day in order as my doctor said to "simply harass me." They walk into the room without knocking and if they do knock and you don't answer fast enough they will unlock it and walk in anyway. The staff all gossips and bicker among themselves. Because of a rare medical condition under extreme stress I can become paralyzed. The staff was so abusive that at one point I was paralyzed for over an hour before they found me and had to call 911. They lied to the paramedics to try and cover for themselves. It was a horror show. If you're looking for a place for somebody love don't do this to them.
