They can’t keep a therapist there. I been there for two yearr. I been with four therapist within that timey. I went a year at one time without one. You tell doctor the medication didn’t work when u was on them in the past. Ask them for medication to be change and they refuse to do so. The doctor supost to listen

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people don’t care at all, this job is just a paycheck for them. Telegraphy appointments are never on time. Either an hour early, an hour late, or not at all, leaving you without medication. Management never seems to reprimand these doctorate and nurse practitioners for being so unprofessional. If you are at all able to seek treatment elsewhere, please for your own sanity and health do so.

Dr. Lee no longer works there, I’ve been seeing Dr. Sonni Elliot for my prescriptions and she has been amazingly informative, kind, and helpful I’ve been seeing Molly Bato for over three years, now, and I could not be a happier with service she’s provided. They do an intake evaluation to pair you with a compatible therapist. I’ve not had a bad experience here.

You may have to wait for a doctor due to triple booking because so many cancel there appointments. But the care is worth the wait. The therapist are the best I have ever seen! I love the time my therapist takes even if we are running over she finishes what we are talking about.

I tried to come here to seek therapy and continue medication provided by a previous psych (my therapist stopped working there so I switched). Waited an hour to see my therapist, of whom I wasn’t allowed to switch after asking after the first visit. The second time our session was brief due to her being double booked and me needing to see the psychiatrist before they closed. The third time my appt for the therapist was for 5pm and psychiatrist at 6:40. I never got called back for the therapist. I’m assuming the receptionist forgot to tell her I was there? I let them know and went to see the psych in which I had a quick 2 min discussion, got my regular meds I was prescribed months ago, and left. I asked for a change in therapist and the receptionist said she would email her supervisor. Nothing happened, so I emailed. Still nothing. I’m writing this review because I tried to call and the phone has continued to ring all day and I can’t even get a voicemail option. I hope no one relies on this place who is seriously suicidal because not responding to patients in a timely matter regarding appointments is crucial. It’s been months since I’ve actually got to sit down and talk to a therapist about issues and I switched over here around August. Please learn how to deal with mentally ill patients, schedule appointments, and get back to patients when they contact you for services. It shouldn’t be that hard.
