ABOVE AND BEYOND ASSISTED LIVING

My father’s closest friend recently moved to ‘Above & Beyond ‘ — very beautiful home w excellent accommodations. They over achieve at excellence in placing guests needs above all else. Very best in management & staff who try to meet his every need . We chose #1 home for him — very best for his comfort, health needs , support , loving hands. If you want to be confident where a loved one should go to live & be happy & comfortable, visit ‘ Above & Beyond ‘ . You won’t be looking anywhere else. They are greatest . Everyone stays Happy & healthy w no worries

This is the WORST facility! There is roaches everywhere , they don’t have food, the staff is having to pay for food out of pockets just to feed the residents. There is black mold in bathrooms and the whole facility smells like Uribe and MOLD! I only gave one star because I had to in order to make this post. If I could I would give ZERO stars!

My mom has been a Resident at Above and Beyond for 2+ years. She loves the cozy feel of the antique home and the beautiful grounds. The new management provides tasty meals and is very approachable and responsive whenever I have questions. I especially appreciate the friendly staff who are flexible and understand my mom's needs. Would highly recommend Above and Beyond.

My mom has been a resident of Above and Beyond for 3+ years. No place is perfect but Above and Beyond is as close as it gets. The rates are reasonable & with the new owners, the food is really good. Special consideration is given to each resident and the differing dietary needs/like . My mom has been confined to bed for the past 6 months but extra care is given to ensure that she is turned and changed every 2 hours. Having the cameras is a God sent blessing. I can check on her 24/7 from my laptop and phone. Concerns, questions and problems are addressed immediately and corrected. Having a full time manager makes things run smoother. I'm very comfortable here as is mom. The beauty and history of this home makes everyone feel as if they are "at home", not in a facility. I would recommend Above and Beyond for your loved one. Visitors and families are always welcome, even encouraged. There are a couple of church groups that come in occasionally to entertain the residents and spend time with them. We're all family here . So drop by for a visit. There's always coffee ready and sweets too!

My mother was here for one month. Out of 4 weeks, they missed giving her meds 8 days and never gave her her noon time meds but one day out of 28. There staff is sweet but I don’t think they have enough staff for the number of residents. I do not recommend this facility.
