ABSOLUTE CARE FOR LIFE

The only saving grace about this company is Brianna. She is the only reason I let them care for my mom as long as I have. Before Brianna got there, my mom would be left sitting for hours, one time we found powdered fecal matter in a place obvious to clean well. They wouldn’t properly put her leg wraps on, they were inconsistent, careless and lack empathy. They charged $75 a day and barely showed up for 40 minutes in the mornings, and hardly 20 minutes at night. They treated my mom like she was part of an assembly line to just get finished fast. The focus of the CEO is on money, not the care of your loved ones. The moment you are late, the very next day they don’t show up.(*edited below.) What’s really sad is that I have been transparent about where the funds are coming from, they said they would work with me, but now they ignore our difficulties. I have no control over when we get the funds, what are low income people to do? My mom is a human being who deserves to have quality care and understanding. This company lacks compassion, which is a cornerstone to caregiving. Avoid this company, unless of course you have money. They will love you. *EDIT: I was contacted by Love Apparent as soon as I posted this review. There has been a problem with Brianna's phone so she could not let me know this morning that the caregiver was running late. That is what led me to believe that they dropped us with no warning, because I had texted Brianna directly with no reply. I was informed that someone did eventually show up and help my mom. Brianna made sure my mom was taken care of and assured me that we would not be dropped without notice. Like I said, Brianna is the saving grace with this company they need to give her a raise for the daily miracles she make for them.

Love Apparent is an all inclusive senior concierge service that offers a variety of services from housekeeping, downsizing, personal shopping, personal care with activities of daily living and much more. What I have appreciated the most has been the tenacity of their staff to ensure problems are solved with the utmost attention to detail and exceptional customer service. I have personally used this company for myself and loved ones and have not been disappointed. HIGHLY recommend. Wow! Love apparent takes such good care of my dad! He looks healthy, happy and comfortable whenever I visit him. They offer me Clear cut communication at all time of his needs and offer my dad great companionship. A real great staff that is dedicated to really loving your parent Like family.
