I was surprised when I saw the negative comments, because that is not my experience with this company. I have a family member that is a client, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, respect, professionalism, and CARE that my loved one receives from this company. Thank you Ideal!

As a client of Ideal Home Health, I was surprised to see such bad reviews here on Google. They have been servicing me in my declining health for the last two years. I've never had an aide steal/lie/or be unprofessional in my home or my presence. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of medical assistance.

I don't know what kind of business they are running. Aide left before time and did not let me know. Left my door unlocked while i was taking a shower. Think twice before you use this agency.

I would not dare or advise anyone to take cna testing here. The examiner he was really standoffish he took 20 min breaks between each was there all day on top of that he doesn't fully pay attention to you doing your skill.. he didn't watch me then later on said i missed step i did.but u cant ser anything from a corner can u
