I can’t say enough positive about this program. They are excellent. I’ve had nothing but good experience love every one of them my whole team from nurse dietitian they provide a transportation your meds they look after you. They know everything they are Advanced. They let you know when you have an appointment even though you know, they’re very, very good. I recommend them highly if you qualify.!! I simply adore love these people. I am very blessed to be able to have these people.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people come in to your home and say all of the right things how they’re going to help take care of your parents. They have all these services. Everything will be taken care of for them. Instead, what they do is just take their money. These people are dishonest and don’t care about the well-being of the patient. My Stepdad is sitting in his own feces all day and night at his house. Can’t take a shower. Can’t walk to his bedroom and they are doing nothing. they say they’re going to handle his medication, They send it to him in blister packs that he can’t even open, run don’t walk away from this agency. I will admit I saw the low rating on Google before I approach them to help take care of my parents somehow I didn’t believe what I read. I’m leaving this here today in hopes to save another family from the misery of this agency.

Where do I start? This program is ridiculous, the staff is ridiculous, I'm saying all of them from the RCC the Schedulers, to the Home Health Aids, And let's not forget about the pharmacy who sends wrong bubble Pack Meds. They do have Good Doctors but that is the only good I can say. It's a shame because it really could be something special if they got the right staff

We moved my father from Illinois to here . Centra Care was extremely helpful in getting dad in 5 days per week so that I could keep working. I know while dad is at the center he is well cared for and loved. Dad enjoys the daily activities especially singing. All the staff we have interacted with have been helpful and kind and are truly caring people. The ability to have physicians, dentists, therapy and a nutritionist all at the center to take care of any needs has been great and very helpful. I highly recommend Centra Care if you need an adult day care center for your loved one!

2 years ago, I would have given them a 5 star rating when our loved one was enrolled. But after having a loved one in the PACE Program at CentraCare long enough, you learn that the Interdisciplinary Team makes all the decisions and will refuse requests for referrals and additional in-home hours based upon their own set of medical necessity tools. Doesn’t matter that after a couple of years your concerns for your loved one is no longer safe in their own home or not; or that their disease has progressed to the point they need 24 hour supervision. The Team decides everything and their hired Social workers are pro-CentraCare, instead of advocating for your loved one. If you appeal a decision you will be encouraged to dis-enroll. Your POA means nothing to them. They claim to give 24/7/365 care, but are closed on holidays and do not provide nighttime care. If the assigned in-home worker is sick and can’t come to work, good luck getting CentraCare to cover the in-home hours. Your loved one will be left alone to fend for themselves. This is a money motivated program and they will cut costs at the expense of your loved one. You are better off, if financially feasible, to speak to an elder law Attorney before enrolling. Just a note: many people working at CentraCare have hearts of gold.....but you will find Management up to the CEO oftentimes heartless and cold. To them it’s just a J.O.B. where the bottom line financial statement is more important.
