I'm a resident here and I enjoy the company of my fellow friends here. I really enjoy my room. It's big and has a shower in the bathroom. Half the nursing staff are great, and I heard we have a new DON that's here to change things with nursing staff to become way better. The best part here is having Kimberly active person here. She is nice, listens to me, and very proactive with everyone.

My uncle required a stay at this facility after a hospital stay. I must say his experience was quite comfortable and pleasant. He loved the attention and I witnessed the care he received. I also have friends who reside in the assisted living community there. The staff are professional and caring. The new administration team now in place are really moving the entire facility to a much higher set of standards. Keep up the great work!

This place is under new management and is a different in all aspects. The management team is very welcoming. I will say the staff there now is absolutely amazing. The receptionist is always great at getting you to where you need to be when visiting, and very great at getting messages to where they need to be. The new administrator and new DON is making a great difference. I can already see the 360 atmosphere change. Nursing staff is simply passionated caregivers. All the unit managers are exceptional nurses. I’ve also enjoyed seeing the residents so active in the building shout out to the Activity department and all their hard work!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Nans Pointe Rehab and Nursing. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. The facility is very clean, and there’s a genuine sense of community. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality long-term care.
