Finding Priyanka and Acorn Manor was nothing short of a miracle. When our original plans fell through - and we only had a few days to find a new placement - Priyanka took my mom in without hesitation. Her team renovated my mom’s house and had it sold within months. She shows us grace in so many ways. But most importantly, her and her caretakers care for my mom like she is their family. As a former ER nurse, I would see malnourished seniors come in from fancy assisted living facilities with bruises and gnarly pressure wounds. I was so initially so worried about placing my mom in a home, but I never have to worry about her wellbeing anymore. My mom actually gained much-needed weight after eating home cooked meals at Acorn Manor. They do her hair and nails too. When I visit, the caretakers are so welcoming as are all the dogs! It is such a blessing to know my mom is safe and loved.

Acorn Manor Assisted Living has been a true gift to our family. Our loved one has been a resident for three years now. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of comfort, warmth, and genuine care. The staff goes above and beyond every single day—treating residents with dignity, patience, and heartfelt compassion. The activities are engaging, and the environment feels more like a close‑knit family than a facility. The caregivers take the time to understand individual needs, preferences, and routines, which makes all the difference. What we appreciate most is the peace of mind. Knowing that our loved one is safe, supported, and truly cared for every single day brings us comfort that’s hard to put into words. After three years, we can confidently say that Acorn Manor is exceptional, and we are deeply grateful for the dedication of everyone who works there.

I had the amazing opportunity to get to know all of staff member's at Acorn Manor while my husband was a resident there. The attention to detail and the dedication to the residents was outstanding. My husband always felt safe and loved at Acorn Manor. He enjoyed the friendships developed with his caregivers and the wonderful activities. I cannot speak highly enough about the owner Priyanka Johri, all of the staff and the spotless accommodations - they are best of the best!

Acorn Manor was a wonderful home for my father and mother in law for nearly a year. It was a very difficult process for us to convince my in laws to move out of their home and into a full care facility but when we told them that their beloved dog could go with them they agreed to move. The staff was welcoming and their care was thorough even for their pet. The staff quickly became more like extended family than just caregivers. We loved how Acorn would make sure to celebrate their birthdays and create special celebrations for the various holidays. The facility was always clean and the food was very good. I would highly recommend Acorn Manor to anyone who needs care for their loved one.

Priyanka and the care takers at Acorn Manor saved my parents lives and give them a better quality of life. The love and care they get is remarkable. My parents are happy and getting the care they need and deserve. As you know this is a hard decision to have to make for your parents but Priyanka made it so much easier and the transition from their home to Acorn Manor was fast and seamless. My siblings and I could not be happier and to see your parents happy and healthier is everything.
