ACTIVCARE AT ROLLING HILLS RANCH

Volunteering at ActivCare has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. The atmosphere is full of warmth, compassion, and genuine care. Not only are each of the residents’ needs met, but they are also actively engaged with card games, trivia, and physical activities. Spending time with the residents was incredibly rewarding. Whether I was helping with activities, sharing a conversation, or just being there, I felt like I was truly making a difference. It was amazing to see how even small moments of connection could brighten a resident’s day. Even if some residents weren’t always fully aware of what was going on, it was important to me to make sure they felt comfortable and cared for. This experience not only made me feel grateful to serve in my local community, but it also reminded me of the importance of patience, empathy, and presence. I will always remember the moments I spent going on walks, reading Bible verses, and listening to the life experiences residents shared with me. I’m extremely thankful for the opportunity and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to be part of something truly impactful.

ActivCare Rolling Hills is attentive to his needs, requests, moods, emotional and physical health, and general well-being. The daily activities calendar has hourly games, discussions, movies. There are outings to local sights for those able to participate. If there's a health issue or question, I am notified right away. I am confident in the care provided at ActivCare Rolling Hills.

There are so many choices when you are researching memory care options for your loved one. We've tried others but finally found ActivCare Rolling Hills Ranch for our mother. They have 100% of their focus on memory care. Their care is all inclusive with personalized care plans. I can not say enough great things about how all the staff is so caring and attentive. I have lived local and out of state and I know my mother is getting the best care possible every day. She is happy, active and safe. My mom was diagnosed with dementia in 2023 and we moved her to ActiveCare at Rolling Hills Ranch in early November. Her stay was cut short after five months when heaven called for her. During that time, my mom was very well cared for by the many caregivers and nurses. They truly care about the well being of ALL of the residents. We saw it first hand many times during our visits with my mom. All of the staff at ActivCare are very friendly with both the residents and the family visitors, and we got to know many of the them. The nurses frequently called us with updates when my mom's condition changed, and we really appreciated that. The provided meals were healthy, and were adjusted at times due to changes in her health. There were many activities during the day for the residents to participate in as well. ActivCare is definitely an A+ operation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My mom had dementia and was no longer able to live with me due to her declining condition and my need to be at work to support my family. She lived at ActiveCare for a bit over 3 years and was so happy and well taken care of there. I cannot say enough positive things about Sophia, Bebe and the whole care team there. The staff was always compassionate and was very good about keeping me in the loop of any changes that were occurring with my mom. Having her there allowed me to feel comfortable and visit without any stress. I was able to take her for walks at the park right next door every week and spend time with her in and outside of the center. I feel confident that she was in a good place. The care level was catered to her needs and expanded as her dementia symptoms increased. I am forever grateful that I found this home for her. Thank you!
