What a wonderful home for my mom to enjoy her senior years!! Staff is well trained and very personable. Building is more of a home inside, with just lots of friends gathered. No stress, tons of positive attitudes. Being a Healthcare provider, I can not tell you just how incredible and refreshing these team members are. This should be the goal that all facilities should attain to. Check them out. You will be glad that you did.

I would like to say thank you to the amazing staff at pathways. My mother was there for 5 years. There were many changes in administration which were not helpful, but the staff was consistent, kind, loving, and very caring to my mother and to her family as we danced this confusing dance of dementia. In particular thank you to Farrah, who has great instincts, is honest and helpful to residents and family members alike.

I just want to take a moment to shout out the incredible staff of Pathways at Adante Senior Living. It’s not easy finding a place where you feel your loved one is truly cared for, not just medically, but emotionally and personally. This team is amazing! Farrah, the Pathways Director, is always a pleasure to work with. She’s got this calm, confident way of handling things that instantly puts you at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares and leads her team with heart and purpose. Nichole and Gayle, the Nursing Directors, are organized and provide thoughtful care. They’re sharp, responsive, and always on top of things. Whether it’s a quick update or a deeper conversation about care, they make time and make it matter. Their compassion shows in everything they do. The whole Pathways crew deserves credit—they treat residents like family and bring a sense of warmth and dignity to every interaction. It’s not just a job to them, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where people truly care for your loved one, this is it.

Mom has been here for a couple of years. Pathways has provided activities for mom to enjoy, her hair is always done so pretty. Mom enjoys the meals and snacks.

I was a cook not a chef at adante. They have no certified chefs. The director is not even certified. My 2 month experience was disappointing. I feel bad for residents who have to eat there. I had to voluntarily quit because of the unsafe food practices and the fact the sous chef/cook Raphael was blowing up my phone while I was in the E.R. with my mother and the new director kendra was giving out my phone number to other employees to cover her tracks trying to get me to come in. I could not get a courtesy call from hr to even ask why I quit or if everything was okay. Very unprofessional. I have witnessed the sous chef preparing spoiled chicken and I had to report it to another manager in order for him not to serve it. The fryer oil is always black and dirty the cooks never change it just keep adding new on top of old oil. When they tried to make homemade chicken strips they didn't tenderize them causing 3 people to choke and 1 in the hospital. They do not label products properly and leave raw meat open in the fridge. They serve leftovers from the night before and mix it because the sous chef/cook could not order so much as diapers at HEB. For residents to have to pay a lot of money to stay there they deserve better. I hated walking in a being approached by an unhappy resident who ask me what's going on in the kitchen and I can't help them without overthrowing someone's "seniority" and risk termination or retaliation. My first day there I had another director tell me how "invincible" he was because the main lady Tiffany needed him and was willing to let him act whatever way and pays him almost double for him to stay. Adante runs on seniority, discrimination, and conflict of interest. Having moms and daughters and husband and wife the director kendra would burn water but got the job because her husband work for adante too. I'm glad I left because I'm trying to become a real chef and adante would have complicated that process. I dodge a bullet.
