It's a beautiful senior living home area. Great staff and a really great owners

We moved my grandmother in today and the staff and everybody was so kind and comforting. Amazing clean home very excited for my grandma to be there.

The staff is very kind and professional, and were invaluable in answering the family’s questions. They go above and beyond in helping with the residents’ daily living needs. My aunt was at Addie’s Acres for one year and called it “home”. For her, being at Addie’s Acres was the best year of her life-as she was not living alone, she had friends to talk to, and caring staff to help with her needs. I highly recommend Addie’s Acres.

They were available to take our loved one on short notice, and for that we were grateful. They made it quick and easy. However, it’s important to note that this facility is not designed nor capable of handling individuals with moderate to advanced Alzheimer’s/ dementia. It is not a locked facility and they aren’t equipped for the care needed. They are also understaffed. They have one caregiver per shift, and often times the owner works double shifts to cover vacancies. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained. Food menu is quite limited with minimal variation. There is also virtually no activities for the residents. My loved one’s care requirements exceeded their abilities and I was given a one week notice to find another facility. This goes back to the point of not having adequate staffing levels to support their census. The facility is more appropriate for those who are generally independent.

This is a wonderful place!! I entrusted Theresa and staff with the care of my very dear friend Carole. They were so accommodating to both Carole and her visitors. The environment is so homey, complete with dogs. The week before Carole left to begin her angelic life she told me how happy she was there.
