ADDINGTON PLACE OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE

I put my mother here in the memory care unit and will never regret it. Every staff person (nurses, receptionists, leadership, etc.) at Addington has displayed truly great professionalism. The residents I spoke with all said the same thing--they were treated well and had no complaints. I visited mom there daily and remain impressed with all I saw. Very clean and organized environment. Addington Place has taken very good care of my mother and I will always be grateful for them.

My family & I can’t say enough good things about Addington Place in Prairie Village! We moved both our parents here (summer of 2019), since then we’ve experienced health issues with Mom who has since passed (not from Covid!). This staff is exceptional! Starting with Margaret at front desk, Julie, Director of Nursing, Emily, Dawn, Darin, Dimple. Everyone became a part of our family. Their apartment is beautiful, activities exceptional (yea Susan!), facility is top notch. Not too big, clean, very well decorated. I must add, this staff has weathered through this pandemic with complete professionalism, followed all protocols. We love this place! ❤️

In July of 2018 my father moved into Addington place. When we toured the facility I was impressed by how clean it was (and still is), The staff and residents are friendly and caring. He is eating better and has even gained a couple of pounds. I feel relief he is taking his medications and I can email the nurse with any healthcare concerns. His mood has improved and he enjoys taking part in the activities.

I'm an advocate for seniors. It's imperative that my clients have healthy, well-maintained environments for their living spaces. The staff and management here meet that criteria. Addington Place is attractive, clean and safe for seniors requiring assisted living and memory care. My clients are happy here, and they get the attention they require because the community is small enough to meet their needs. They feel special here, and they love the food! I will continue sending my clients here with confidence that they will be treated with respect in a pleasant home environment that brings joy to their lives.

After visiting several long term care communities we moved our mother into Addington Places memory care "neighborhood". She has been there almost a year and we have had a wonderful experience. They offer a lot of social events for the families and daily activities to help mom stay active and connected. We are so pleased we found Addington Place, not only has mom made many good friends but we have made life time friends with the families we met here. The food is GREAT and all the staff are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable!!! AAAAA+
