ADDISON AT PALM DESERT 2

My Grandma is resident at Atria Palm Desert, and has thoroughly enjoyed her time her. The staff is also so pleasant to her, they are very patient with her and her conditions. I am so glad they take care of their residents as they would take care of their own family. Very thankful to have such an amazing facility to take of my loved ones.

Our 91 year old Mother has been living at Atria Palm Desert for almost 18 months. She is very content. The rooms are spacious and she really enjoys her patio and outdoor space. The staff is very kind to her and believe me she can be quite difficult at times. We were quickly contacted when she took a tumble and needed to see a doctor. We are thankful for all they do looking after our Mom as we are all in different states.

The staff at Atria really care about their residents. Christina is very helpful and always smiling. Ashley and Tabatha are especially caring and loving towards my mother and give her great care. Marie, at the front desk is thorough and very personable. Maria, in housekeeping is as helpful and sweet as she can be. There are always activities for the residents. I'm glad my mother is at Atria.

Atria Palm Desert has been a true blessing for our family. From the directors to the frontline staff, every single person there delivers excellent, compassionate service. My dad is genuinely happy living there, something I didn’t expect as he was never very social, especially in recent years. Since moving to Atria Palm Desert, he’s become more active and engaged than I’ve seen him in a long time. He enjoys outings to new restaurants, participates in activities like bingo, and even joins community events. There’s a driver who takes him to appointments and shopping when needed, which has been incredibly helpful. One thing that really gives me peace of mind is the responsiveness of the management team. Anytime I have a question or concern, they get back to me immediately and take it seriously. I’ve seen such a positive change in my dad it’s truly heartwarming. We are beyond grateful for the care, community, and joy that Atria Palm Desert has brought into his life. Thank you to the amazing staff and residents for making this place feel like home. We couldn’t be happier.
