ADELAIDE PLACE

I had the privilege of playing Santa at Adelaide Place’s Christmas party this week. I was very impressed with how happy and engaged the residents and their families were with the activities. It was a joy to be able to help make the festivities even more special as Santa. I can’t wait to do it next year!

The staff at Adelaide Place are wonderful. My mother receives excellent care. The administration and staff stayed on top of making sure the residence were safe and protected from covid becoming out of control. I am well informed through emails and text messages concerning my mother. The facility is clean and inviting. I know my mom is in a safe environment. The staff really care about each resident. I would highly recommend Adelaide Place.

As one of the coordinators for Walk to End Alzheimer's of Fond du Lac County, I've been so impressed whenever I've interacted with the folks at Adelaide Place. First-of-all, they've been a Team for our Walk for a number of years, which shows their commitment and connection to the local community, but more importantly, it shows their dedication to the fight to end Alzheimer's. I visited Adelaide Place during their fundraiser event for our Walk, and it was impressive! They had games for young and old alike, great food, and great hospitality... it was so well organized and friendly, and the residents were equally involved, as well! I (definitely) recommend that folks take a look at Adelaide Place for their assisted living and memory care needs.

My mother received excellent care the two years she was at Adelaide Place. Suzi and her staff went above and beyond to insure that my was was comfortable and engaged. I would specificallt name some of the caregivers there but wouldn't eant to leave anyone out. The great majority of the staff went above and beyond regularly.

Horrible place to live the final days of your life. Constant staff changes, staff shortages, waits for help May take more than an hour, food is not nutritious- really, soup for a meal?? No butter in the place? Really? What kind of place is this? It’s hell thats what it is. No one should even live here because “care” seems to be the last thing they provide. A roof if is what they provide. I can’t believe this place is not shut down due to poor care. If someone need assistance, they are like cry to have anyone respond. I pity the residents that have to live here.
