I was sent an aide from Personal Touch Office manager "Shondra", and from day one, I experienced bad service... Laziness, disrespectful attitude, lying and constantly on her cell phone, and I don't understand how, but urinating all over my toilet-I mean all over, floor and all! (woman dont have anything to 'guide', causing splash all over toilet and floor, so I'm confused how this could happen.) Then, flushing one of my hand wash clothes, assumably after wiping themselves, costing me to have my toilet plunged. {There was 13 rolls of toilet paper in plain view}. Charging me $10.00 for gas, to take me to an appointment, 17.51 miles away! The Office manager was rude, demanding and neglectful and made calls to the contracting agency that hired them for me, lying and dramatizing her communication with me, making me sound like the most terrible person in the world, along with lies to further her complaint when I canceled their service in the 10th day, I could not handle this kind of 'care', by a supposed healthcare provider. Anyone seeking proper home care provisions, need bypass this one at all costs!
