The food was cold most of the time. You had to.Ring a bell if you need assistance which nobody never came so I had plenty of bathroom issues on myself. The therapy was Trash. I left there worse off than when I came.. The nurses were very good with giving you your meds on time. The aids were very nice when you could get one. They were always shortstaffed. They still have me in their system as being a patient there. Their rooms were messy, and the bed was broken the whole time I was there I would never ever tell someone to come there. They need to close that place down.

Had such a great experience with the facility! The Admission lady Erica brought me in toured me with the facility she made me and my brother feel so comfortable! We went ahead with admitting out family into the orchards, we meet with Jasmine the Administrator and the Don Sapphire they were great! So far i have no complaints! Im happy my family is as well! If your looking for a place for your family to get the care and love pick the or hards at redford .

I live across the street and there are multiple busted windows with wood haphazardly thrown up allowing for DIRECT ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING and it’s bringing shady individuals who try and enter the building. All day and night I catch people trying to get and I’ve let the staff know but nobody cares. Glass everywhere, gutters falling apart. I would not have your family in here. The building isn’t even secure. I talked to the management who runs all three locations and they clearly don’t care about this location. NOT SAFE.

Choosing The Orchards of Redford for my mother’s care was the best decision I’ve had to make. From day one, I felt a deep sense of peace knowing she was in a place where she would be safe, cared for, and truly loved. The staff was extraordinary especially the Director of Nursing Sapphire and the Administrator Jaz. They both were compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in each resident’s well-being. The building is always clean, inviting, and full of life. The meals are delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the activities offered kept my mother engaged, smiling, and socially connected. There’s always something to look forward to, and that made a world of difference for her happiness and overall health. What touched me the most is how the team at the Orchards treated my mom like family. They honored her as the incredible woman she was, and that meant everything to me. Although my mother transitioned earlier this year I am beyond grateful to have found The Orchards Of Redford .
