Dad has been a resident for almost 5 years. Under Ryan (the great general manager) the staff: Leslie, Brian, Claudia, Mary Rose, Amita, Chris and Ambuj are really great at watching over your loved one and making sure all protocols are followed. iF there is a concern they address it and take responsibility. All care staff, nursing staff, concierge are kind and thoughtful to the residents. My Dad feels safe here and the activities keep his mind sharp and engaged. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind and an extra set of eyes to keep Dad safe.

Spectacular experience moving my wife’s mother from one excellent facility to another. Aegis Fremont, from start to finish provided my wife with amazing support during a very stressful and emotional time. We live in Florida and the outstanding services that Claudia Moran provided went over and above our expectations! She was understanding, compassionate and extremely helpful. She never once made us to feel like we were bothersome while we tried to navigate moving my mother in law, who is suffering from severe dementia, now. Claudia made certain that the move would go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. We have no doubts that our loved one is going to be in compassionate and respectful hands as we are now facing the inevitable. The dignity that Aegis will provide to our loved one is priceless. From day one, when I first toured Aegis Living Fremont to evaluate it as a possible place for my wife, I have felt nothing but the staffs’ caring, commitment and love for their residents and the resident’s family. My very first impression walking thru the door was this place is so quiet and peaceful. I immediately knew that Aegis Fremont was where I wanted my wife to live going forward. Our situation was my wife needed immediate placement into a memory care residence as I was no longer able to provide caregiving for my wife even with the added in home care we already had in place. This of course was a very difficult decision! I toured Aegis Living Fremont on a Wednesday and I was in the Marketing Director’s office Friday filling out paperwork with a move in date 10 days later. Of course there were several hoops to jump thru with a very short timeline until move in – such things as paperwork from my wife’s doctor and a California mandated TB test. Then to compound things my wife had a trip to the ER the next day and it was very evident she could not come back home as her condition had taken a step change downhill and yet the hospital wanted to discharge her in two or three days. Thus it seemed like an impossible timeline to get all the paperwork and requirements completed not to mention how would we manage the gap in time now until the move in date? Well, the hospital social services reached out to Aegis Living Fremont staff on that Saturday and they worked it out for a new accelerated move in date straight from the hospital to Aegis Living Fremont that Tuesday – so less than a week from my first having walked thru Aegis’ doors for a tour. Three months later I cannot say enough kind words about Aegis Living Fremont and the staff at all levels. The care giving staff provides such tender and compassionate care for my wife even in the moments when she is upset and not happy. You can tell they simply love loving on their residents. Everywhere I wheel my wife around in her wheelchair I see the same focused attention best exemplified in how staff members will walk up to my wife as well as other residents and even me with a smile on their face and engage in conversation. For me it is a joy to go over to visit my wife each day and to enjoy the many activities that occur each and every day. We have fun together! However, the real test in my opinion of the quality of a care facility that you would place your love one in is simply the answer to this question. Would you place yourself in that care facility if you yourself need to move into Care Facility? My simple answer is that yes, if I needed to move into a care facility at some point I would want it to live at Aegis Living Fremont.

My father became a full-time resident here in December. This is a wonderful facility with a great staff. Every individual is friendly and super helpful. It is modern, spacious, super clean, and very pleasant. Our experience in the application process,the tour and getting acclimated was made so stress-free and wonderful by Claudia Morales. She is truly extra special and a great face for this facility. Ryan, the manager steps in when needed and nothing seems like it is beyond his scope of responsibility.
