AEGIS ASSISTED LIVING OF LAGUNA NIGUEL

Our Mother moved into Aegis of Laguna Niguel and had a wonderful experience! The residents and the staff create a very homey environment with many fun ways to connect. Of course Bingo was a favorite activity but there was so much more with Holiday celebrations and brunches. What we valued the most was sincere relationships between our Mother and the staff and her friendships with other residents. We also grew to know and enjoy many of the staff and residents as we visited. We always felt so welcome there. The kindness and individualized care and attention as well as the concern shown to my Mom was so lovely.

I love Aegis! They take great care of my mom and have wonderful activities! Their individualized personalize care plan works wonders for my mom! She feels safe and the food is great. I would highly recommend Aegis of Laguna Niguel for assisted living or memory care.

We love Aegis Living. We moved mom in 4 months ago and all agree that it was the best decision we could have made. The entire staff at Aegis are amazing! They are very helpful, friendly and genuinely care about their residents. After living alone and sedentary for years, mom is now active and engaged daily with friends and activities. The advice and support we received during the transition stage was extremely helpful. The communication between staff and the family has also been great. We receive regular updates and have an app for keeping track of the daily activities, including what mom has participated in. After looking at several options in the area, we definitely believe that Aegis Living was the right choice for us.

My father stayed at Aegis for respite after a hospitalization. We looked at a few options. It was the staff and facilities at Aegis that stood out as the best option. It turned out that my father had a few complications and the staff at Aegis was brilliant. We relied on them over and over again and the communication and care was excellent. In particular the general manager (Al), Missa (onboarding), and nurses Karen and Caroline were all awesome. They went out of their way multiple times to make sure my Dad was well cared for. I think they got more than they bargained for with him, and never complained. The only thing my father didn’t like was the meal times ended too early for him. I would definitely have him stay there again respite and Aegis would be a great option for full time assisted living. It’s a small community but they always had something going on: music, games etc.. We’d all be lucky to live at Aegis. The attached picture was a Dixieland jazz night event!

Of all the assisted living or nursing homes I have been exposed to, Aegis Living Laguna Niguel is definitely the best and top quality place in regard to: 1. Overall facilities in layout, upkeep and cleanliness, safety features. etc. 2. Personnel (management and it's employees) in competence, friendly and caring attitude toward the residence, and overall atmosphere of the place. 3. Meals served in healthy, tasty, and well balanced. 4. gathering of families of the residence for every major holidays with good foods and good times. 5. Recognition of the birth days of each residence with birthday cake and happy songs. 6. Many more (too numerous to list here).
