AEGIS ASSISTED LIVING OF NAPA

Aegis Napa is a beautiful community, off of Redwood Road. The aesthetics is similar to a Victorian or boutique community with just 48 apartments - 34 in assisted/transitional living and 14 in memory care. Due to its intimate size and home-like feel, staff are truly able to know each resident and provide the center focused care that is needed.

My mom spent the last 2 1/2 years of her life at Aegis Living Napa. We feel so fortunate we chose Aegis for her assisted living, Their support of my mother was outstanding - from a simple scratch to a major fall - they always took extremely good care of her. Everyone there is so genuinely friendly and helpful. I never had to worry if she had her medications or a good meal, and if anything out of the ordinary occurred, they called me right away, I would highly recommend Aegis Living!

I am happy with the level of care that my mother receives at Aegis. The staff seems to truly care about the residents and treats everyone with respect and patience, even under stressful circumstances. The building feels like home, and is small enough that everyone who lives/enters there feels like family.

Thank you Aegis staff for helping our family through a difficult time. During our review of different facilities, Aegis immediately stood out as our favorite. From the gate, staff was very pleasant and interested in meeting our needs....they all greeted us with a smile, told us who they were and what they did...without any prompting. When you walk in the door, they greet you right away and see to your needs. I've shown up unexpectedly, staff dropped what they were doing and accommodated me. If I have a question, I get an answer that same day. The facility is comfortable and welcoming and we have no doubt that our family members will be well taken care of. I love their "can do" enthusiasm and look forward to our family joining this community! UPDATE: It has been just over one year since our parents became part of the Napa Aegis community. Sadly, within a few months of their arrival...our Mom passed from pancreatic cancer. Throughout this journey and most difficult time.....Aegis staff continually cared for us all with compassion and a sincere desire to do whatever they could to make this difficult transition. It has been one year since her passing. Our Dad misses her terribly.....this has been a very difficult adjustment for him. Everyone at Aegis takes his care and emotional well being very seriously (particularly given the impossible constraints of Covid). We honestly don't know what we would do without the care and attention he receives at Aegis. We feel extremely lucky to be part of such a great community. They continue to be compassionate, ready to help in any way possible, and quick to come to resolution when need be. THANK YOU TO ALL AEGIS STAFF.....so much appreciated and valued!

Thank you, Aegis, for for establishing safe in-person visiting areas so we can hold my father’s hand once again. Your staff is so warm and helpful, but there is no substitute for family visits. Our father’s deafness allows him to only understand us if we talk immediately into his left ear, so seeing him in a normal manner is helping bring him out of his loneliness, in a way the well-intended visiting-kiosk didn’t.
