I’m just beginning my relationship with Aegis in West Seattle. The staff has been warm and friendly at every interaction, and at every level. They are thoughtful and proactive in every way that matters, so far. I’m excited for the community my mother is joining, and for the care, stimulation, and sense of belonging she will experience in her new home. Ashley(General Manager) and her team have made a big impression on me and my family. We look forward to spending quality time with my mom in her new community!

This review is for the memory care unit. I have little knowledge of assisted living. The good: Nice facility with some kind and dedicated staff. The bad: Consistently understaffed. This has impacts on services ranging from toileting to laundry to general cleanliness of the rooms. Further, they constantly inflate the amount charged, based on new services that they never perform. It’s a scam - once your loved one is in there you tend to be hesitant to move them, and big corporate Aegis knows this and takes advantage.
