I had an amazing experience with Jennifer Nolan at Aegis Madison over the past few weeks while searching for the right place for my aging parent to move. It has been a stressful time and Jennifer was attentive, funny, flexible and generous in every way. The assessment of care needs done by Ali and Mary was pleasant and easy. It’s a gorgeous facility with state of the art care, and though parent decided to move to a different city in the end, I would have been thrilled to move mine in to Aegis Madison. I highly recommend you add this to your search if looking in Seattle for senior living options.

I worked with Jennifer Nolan when learning about Aegis Madison. During that time, I had just become the caregiver for my grandmother who has dementia. She was attentive and responsive to all of my questions throughout the touring and interviewing process. Upon arrival, I got to know Tutti, Ali, Chuck, Judy, Tatyana, and Kevin who helped me out with all the logistics of getting a room ready to welcome my grandmother. The pricing has been transparent though it is on the costly side. Since brining my grandmother here, I have seen her mood improve and I have been able to focus on visiting or spending time with her while the staff helps me do the caregiving. They have been communicative about any developments in her health and communicate any time there is a change.

We are so grateful to the Aegis Madison Team for their superb care and compassion the past few years. Moving my Mother-in-law from her Queens apartment (of close to 60 years as a resident!) to Seattle in 2021 during the height of Covid was scary. We soon discovered that her early onset dementia had progressed. The Aegis team worked with us to shift her to the memory care team, and she is doing well under their care. This week following her birthday, we moved her to the newly opened Ballard Aegis. It’s .5 miles from our home in Ballard. It’s gorgeous and VERY Ballard themed. I want all of the decor! Complete with a wonderful sun deck. We are thrilled to have her walking distance from our home, but we will miss her care team at Madison Valley who have gone above and beyond these past two years and have our full trust. Thank you, Aegis Living Madison!
