The family was very pleased with the care given to my mom—she was really happy being there with the other residents. The nursing staff was superb with mom.

My husband made his final journey at Agape. He was so well care for and so much more comfortable there then in the nursing facility. The facility was warm, cozy with a dedicated caring staff. Celin was our angel and Dennis was always available. My family feels blessed that hospice directed us to Agape Heritage Home.

My mom was at Agape Heritage Home's "Bethel Place" in Katy for just 3 months before she passed away. What I liked about Agape Heritage Homes is that there are a much smaller number of residents and so each resident gets more personalized care. My mom had a pressure sore in her sacrum area from the previous place that improved a lot with the care she received at Bethel Place. The staff also worked hard to make sure that she ate well and was comfortable. My mom was in two other assisted living places prior to going to Bethel Place and I found the care here to be the best and most reasonably priced. Dennis the manager was very responsive to any feedback we gave regarding my mom's care and I feel that he genuinely cared for all the residents. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel like every place my mom was at including this one needs to hire ALL caregivers with more experience and at least a CNA certification. Most of the staff are trained by the facilities and I don't find that the training is adequate to care for residents that are non-ambulatory and often struggling with memory issues. I do recommend Agape Heritage Home over the other facilities that my mom resided at and the many I visited as well.

Celine works at Agape and took great care of my dad for 4 years until he passed. Dennis is always reachable and responsive. He works hard along with the caretakers to do their very best. We appreciate all they did for my dad!

The review by Barbara Cadman is totally false and part of a scam. This woman clearly knows nothing about Agape Heritage Homes, never been there and doesn't even live in Canyon Gate. I was there together with the Fort Bend Fire Marshal when the owner along with four (4) wonderful volunteers evacuated the residents along with the two (2) Caregivers on site on August 28th using boats. Ms. Cadman, if you know Canyon Gate, you would know that it has never flooded since it was built around 1999 and you would know that this time, it got flooded from the controlled release of the Barker Reservoir and not from the hurricane. If you were there, you would have seen the Fire Marshal, Emergency vehicle, the owner, and volunteers who assisted in the evacuation. But of course, you don't know because you made up all the stories you have written. I am sure the owner will respond to your review soon.
