My dad lived at this facility for nine years and was shown incredible love and care every single day. I had a camera in his room 24/7, so I was able to see firsthand how thoughtfully and respectfully he was treated throughout those nine years. Miriam went far beyond daily duties to show my father genuine love and compassion. Walking was the one thing my dad truly loved, and Miriam found a way to make that happen nearly every day—98% of the time over those nine years. I have experienced multiple assisted living facilities, and nowhere else have I seen this level of personal, consistent care. Our family is deeply grateful to Miriam and Herman for everything they did—not only for our father, but also for his four children. Their kindness, dedication, and humanity meant more to us than words can express.

My father has been here for 2 years and we could not be more pleased with the care. Delicious homemade food every day. Incredibly clean environment where the floors are washed daily! We are forever grateful to the entire staff and how they treat everyone like family! Also after experience with 2 other facilities in the area, run by large corporations, can safely say this is the BEST care we've ever seen.

I like the place because is so confortable and beautiful

There family I would overly and completely think about bringing your loved ones to this place. Residents get neglected all the time. There is no care for them during night time they wake up wet for not being changed since they go to sleep from 6pm until next morning. They forced them to eat their meals and drinks, mornings, lunch and dinner. If they don’t finish the owner gets upset for residents not finishing their meals. The food is not safe and place is not clean and not sanitized. If there is rotten food they still serve and cook it for the residents which is really dangerous for the patients condition and environment for living in that place. They have rats and poop of rats all over the house and especially kitchen. I believe they have animals and hairs goes all over the place and it into the residents foods. If you really love your family i suggest you think before you take your love ones to that place.Residents get yelled at all the time and specifically, when residents not eating or finishing their meals. I believe they are not taking there medication properly and is not giving to to them they are supposed to be taken. The staff there has complaint the way they have been treated poorly the owner doesn’t care about the stuff she gets upset at them and gets really impatient with the staff when things don’t get done the way she expects it. Stuff has been complaining of the owners behavior she gets really upset for all the things not being done right. She treats staff really ugly and and treats them like if they are her Servants. This place is not good environment for the the residents and staff living and working there. So please if you really love you loved ones please i would firstly Investigate the place before you bring your family to live there.
