We can’t say enough positives re our experience with Albert’s House. The last six months for our mother/mother in law, Carolen, were spent in Albert’s House Beltline. The house truly felt and looked like a home. This made Carolen feel very comfortable. With just a few other “residents,” she received round the clock care from a loving team of support professionals The dedication and compassion of the entire Albert’s team is commendable. The business model is renovated houses focused on dementia residents. They truly “get” the challenges faced by Carolen and us. The fact that the owner called us personally before dawn to share the news of Carolen’s passing speaks volumes. We highly endorse and recommend Albert’s House.

Moving my Mother to Albert's House on the Beltline was a great decision. The staff to client ratio is 1:4. My mother recieves the care she needs, by caring professionals. Albert's House also work directly with our hospice provider to ensure my mother's care is top-notch. Thank you, Albert's House for making this hard transition easier and giving my mother the care she needs and deserves.

The loving caretakers at Albert's House cared for my father in his last few weeks of life and I am beyond grateful for the care and compassion they demonstrated. The last thing I wanted was for him to have to go to a nursing home and Albert's House allowed me to honor his life with the privacy and dignity he deserved. He was in a private room we were able to decorate with his personal belongings, and the caretakers went out of their way to prepare his favorite foods, even though he could barely eat. I was able to work from the Beltline home and be with him as much as possible. The Albert's House staff coordinated daily with the hospice providers to create a peaceful environment for my dad and our family, knowing he was receiving the absolute best care 24 hours a day. The home is immaculate and never felt like a 'medical facility,' which was so important to me. I will be forever grateful to Jeremy and Anna and the amazing team at the Beltline house for the exceptional care, respect, and love they provided to my dad--and peace of mind our confidence in them brought our family.

I have been so happy with my family member's experience at Albert's House. The staff is incredibly patient, kind and makes a huge effort to provide her with food and care that makes her happy. She has been bed-bound for almost a year and the staff has kept her healthy, clean and content. The communication and responsiveness from everyone at Albert's House is also excellent. I appreciate the weekly updates about my family member and I know I can reach out at anytime.

The wonderful people at Albert's House were responsive to all of our concerns and needs for the two years our Mother was cared for before her passing at nearly 102 years of age. We are so pleased we had their help. Albert's House was just the right place and we will be forever grateful!
