My family was so grateful that my mother was able to move into AlfredHouse Needwood . The staff was very professional and went above with showing kindness and caring. We were able to recreate a home environment in her room to make her comfortable and happy. Our experience with AlfredHouse exceeded our expectations!

My sister resides in Alfredhouse Symphony. It is a wonderful place. It is safe and clean, and the staff is very caring. They look after her closely, making sure she eats, bathes, and takes the proper medications. My sister and I would be lost without them.

My mother was in the care of AlfredHouse and I would definitely recommend their care for others. She had a number of chronic conditions that often manifested in different ways, but the staff at AlfredHouse were very flexible throughout. (My mother sometimes needed memory care, as well as individual care.) The caregivers, in particular, are wonderful. They truly love the residents and it's obvious to see.

I tried my best to take care of my mom at home for as long as I could, but it got to the point that her needs far exceeded what I was able to provide. When searching for a new permanent living arrangement, I wanted to find a place that felt like a home away from home and would provide her with the best care possible. As my mom is an 85yo living with advanced stage Alzheimer’s, a luxury studio apartment at a more traditional assisted living facility was not even worth considering as it would be of no real value to her. I felt that a group home would provide a much more intimate setting that allowed for more individual, personalized attention and I’m so glad that I was right. My mom is thriving in her new home and is getting the 24/7 care she needs from a wonderful group of people. I feel so fortunate to have found AlfredHouse and I know that you’ll feel the same way too.

Alfred House Homes are built keeping in mind the needs of elders- it is a safe haven for older people. Being a local guide, I can have helped many people find homes and when I came across AlfredHouse Assisted Living Facilities, my search for the best personal care homes ended. I now recommend their homes to everyone. Moreover, my own aunt stays there. I have seen the care given by staff, the cleanliness, safety and facilities are a class apart. More than anything, I would thank AlfredHouse for the outstanding work they do!
