Alfredhouse Symphony

Alfred Symphony house is a caring and clean environment for your loved one. They were always staffed appropriately and showed great care for our family member - right until the very end. In addition, the Aides engaged in appropriate activities with the residents. And when necessary- the Aides took on additional responsibilities without complaining or neglecting the patients.

Our experience with Alfred House - Symphony, Assisted Living facility and their staff was reassuring and comforting when we needed to find a place for our loved one who had a stroke and could no longer live on his own. It was an emotional transition for our loved one because life had become topsy turvy for him but the staff and management provided remarkable patience and attentiveness. Within just a few weeks of moving in, our loved one was making progress and eating in the dining room with other residents. He received onsite physical therapy and medical care. Every team member we interacted with — from caregivers to administrators — showed genuine compassion, taking time to get to know our loved one and making sure both our questions and concerns were fully addressed. Alfred House Symphony supported our loved one’s dignity and independence while providing just the right level of care. After some time, our loved one’s health began to fail, due to his many diagnoses but he was able to remain at Alfred House Symphony in hospice care until he passed. The level of responsiveness was and I’m sure still is, exceptional. Whether it’s a care-related update, a medical concern, or a simple request from our loved one, the staff consistently responded quickly, respectfully, and with care. Communication was clear and consistent, which gave us peace of mind. We never felt out of the loop or ignored — quite the opposite, in fact. The facility itself is well maintained and thoughtfully designed. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with cozy spaces that feel more like a home than an assisted living. The environment is calm and supportive, which helped our loved one to feel comfortable and at ease. If you’re looking for a place where patience, respect, and responsiveness are more than just words, Alfred House Symphony is a great choice.

My mom was at the Symphony House until she passed away this month. All the staff is wonderfully kind and caring, and that is so important. My mom was always well dressed and clean and she and all the residents were well taken care of. They had celebrations, activities, and were always supervised so I had no worries. I cannot say enough great things about Alfred House!

Mom lived at AlfredHouse Symphony. She was treated like a family member. Mom's room was very nice and she was able to bring in her own pictures to hang on the wall and any other personal items. She had a nice view of the courtyard. Staff treated her very well. They acted professionally, kind, and caring. They kept us updated on her health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

AlfredHouse Symphony was a wonderful place for my dad. He was very happy there and we were so impressed with the level of care he received. The staff was kind, professional, personal and respectful. The management team was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was warm and homey, but also clean and state of the art. We have experience with other facilities in the area and they did not measure up to Alfred house. We loved that Alfred house is a small, local care provider--this was reflected in their care. We always felt like we were a part of the family and will always be grateful that our Dad lived there.
