Staff who care and are concerned about your situation. Your mental, physical, and emotional health are considered as they meet your needs. I have been a resident for a while and it was a great choice - much better then where I was previously.

All American Assisted Living Hillsborough is a rare model of assisted living. Upon entering, the atmosphere is lively and alive. The staff is truly welcoming, conversational, at ease, and most importantly, genuinely interested in their residents. The cleanly scented, light-filled, and spacious common areas -- which include a lovely library, "bistro", and activity room -- are all UNcommon in their decor and comfort. The hallways are large and bright with lovely, country-themed art work. The nursing staff is especially attentive. In the case of my own mother, a serious health matter was detected and acted upon, helping her to avert a real crisis. We're truly grateful to the management team, day + night nurses, and the entire staff, all of whom show a personal interest in my mother's day-to-day well being and care. I've heard from my mother that the food is excellent and she enjoys the dining room atmosphere. She's made new bonds and has been given a new lease on life (at 91 years "young"!) There are outside areas also, which are well maintained and comfortable. And field trips! Much appreciated and not to be overlooked also is the very fair and affordable cost for ALL the above, Thank you ALL -- All American is a treasure in Central New Jersey AND a life-saver. Sincerely, Carolyn & Amanda

My parents just moved into All American at Hillsborough and we love the facility and everyone there! It was a bit of a rough ride getting my dad out of rehab and my mom, who was very resistant, to agree to go to an assisted living facility, and I sent tons of email to the staff at All American - and got answers back almost immediately. Everything I needed or any questions I had were accommodated and supplied and they put me and my husband at ease during the transition. So very, very helpful and never made me feel like I was bugging them. The facility itself was so clean and the food is great. Everyone is so kind, from the Director, to the Community Relations person, to the Director of Nursing, to the Chef, and all of those who work there. The maintenance staff was so attentive as well. Rooms are very spacious and really nice and the activities are going to be something they really enjoy! Thank you for providing my parents with a great place to live.

My agency A Place At Home Somerville have had the pleasure of providing companionship and personal care services to a resident at All American Assisted Living for the past 2.5 years, and our experience has been nothing but positive. Our journey began in November 2022, when we started providing companionship services for a resident’s wife. As her dementia progressed, we transitioned to personal care to better support her needs. After her passing, her husband chose to continue companionship services with us, a testament to the warm and welcoming environment at All American Assisted Living At Hillsborough. Our caregivers always have a great experience working in this community. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly committed to creating a nurturing environment for their residents. Our client loves living there and actively participates in the many engaging activities they offer. Whenever I visit, I am always met with kindness and helpfulness from the staff. It is clear that All American Assisted Living is dedicated to providing a supportive and vibrant community for its residents.

I cannot say enough positive things about All American Assisted Living! When my dad's dementia rapidly progressed we were looking for an assisted living for him where he would feel "at home". After visits to several places, and knowing my dad ideally didn't want to be in a facility, we felt more than comfortable with All American and knew that he would feel like he was at home there. Kristen Z was the most amazing, helpful, and kind person to work with. She treated us like family - helping us understand the process of moving him from the hospital to rehab and eventually assisted living. Kristen went out of her way to check on us after hours, often calming our nerves and answering the many questions we had. Unfortunately my dad ended up passing away before he was able to reside at All American. The facility sent a flower bouquet to the funeral home for his services and Kristen even attended the viewing. We were so blown away by their service to us and the feeling that they GENUINELY care, I'm making it my mission to share it with everyone. If you are looking for care for a loved one, or you are another facility/service that works with seniors - you must connect with All American Assisted Living. I've heard mixed reviews about them from years ago, but I can confidently say that who they are today, and the staff they have, is absolutely unbelievable. Thank you All American (and a double thank you to Kristen Z) for making a challenging time in our lives a little bit less stressful. We are indebted to you
