ALL IN ONE PERSONAL CARE HOME

We utilize Rising Stars adult day program and respite care for my mother. The staff are so kind and attentive to residents. I recommend their services to anyone seeking care for your loved one.

Both of my parents were treated so well, and because Rising Star is smaller than many care homes, there is a more personal connection between families and staff.

The facility is very clean and odor free with lots of space. The staff are friendly and attentive to any issues that arise. The parking is convenient.

I was truly impressed with the compassionate care given to senior residents. They make sure the residents and fed well, well groomed, treated with respect and their rooms are spotless. Every inch of the place shows someone who is loved lives here. They have a big kitchen, dining room, entertainment room, large hallways for wheelchairs and the guest bathroom was spotless. They were out of soap, but the front attendant quickly filled it up with hand soap. There were no paper towels in the bathroom though. When you came in the door there was no stench like you may encounter at some nursing homes. And they even gave one resident a pink crown for her bday. Thr nurse attendant knew her patients well she catered to their needs. If I were going in a nursing home, I would want to stay here. Ample parking spaces for visitors.

WARNING! Do not put your loved one in this place!! My Loved one was in here for one year and lost 70 lbs. I had to Send him milk from Amazon. She took his cell phone away from him For more than six months. We could not reach him! She hung up on us when we tried to call. She complained that she was ONLY being paid $3000 a month for him. She threatened me with the police, when I took him to the ER. The "inhouse" doctor had him on a deadly combination of medication. This is REAL!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PEOPLE IN RISING STAR PCH!!
