All Seasons' excellence would have been quite obvious to us even if we had not had to deal with several less-competent facilities earlier in the process of managing our parents' care, but those experiences made us even more impressed with All Seasons and its staff, management, and philosophy of care. All Seasons' greatest asset is its staff of extraordinary caregivers, who are amazingly patient with the very difficult demands of memory-care residents, precisely tuned in to their needs and wants, and excruciatingly careful about every detail of their care. Their great staff includes - and is clearly a result of - their excellent, hard-working, and eagle-eyed management, from the brilliant house manager who seems like she's on the job all day every day making sure her residents are well cared for, to the wonderful Operations Director who carefully supervises all the houses, to the owner himself, who supports and encourages his staff to learn and grow and realize his expectations of excellence. The words "tender-loving care" are sometimes overused but they are appropriate to use here. When we brought our dad here we were promised care in more than just the physical sense: we were promised that he would receive attention, compassion, and love - and that he did, in great abundance. Not only was dad pretty well spoiled by his caregivers at All Seasons, but so were we, his family! - because All Seasons uniquely understands that residents' families are a significant component of the care equation. When dad was at his previous facilities, our (well-placed) anxieties about his (often inadequate) care most certainly were visible to him and most certainly resulted in anxieties of his own. When dad moved into All Seasons, we were able to finally relax for the first time in several years! And from a social perspective, All Seasons more than made up for its smaller community size thanks to their greater staff-to-resident ratio and their constant fostering of social interaction: dad saw a much more active community of people to befriend at All Seasons than he ever did at his previous, much larger, facility, where residents were much less engaged because staff was spread way too thin. We love how this facility is set in a beautiful rural setting with lovely views. Each resident has a large private room with private bath and a French door allowing unrestricted access to the wraparound porch and the fresh country breezes. The property is fenced for security so the residents can take advantage of their freedom to roam outdoors without fear that they'll wander off the property. This was the one place dad lived where he did not complain he was "in prison". And while All Seasons' facilities are small - six residents each - their care model makes them feel like one of the big guys (minus the big guys' excuses, overpromises, bureaucracy, and inflexibility). Most small six-bed homes have only one overnight staff member, asleep in a dorm but available to be woken if needed. The big guys (including All Seasons!) have formal NOC shift staff - as in NOCturnal (meaning "awake overnight"). Knowing that someone would be awake and keeping an eye on dad and his fellow residents at all times was very important to us - and having met the overnight staff on several occasions, we felt very confident that they met the same exacting standards, and were just as capable caregivers, as the daytime staff. In short, and in summary, All Seasons is the one care facility that made us feel that dad was receiving the kind of care we wanted him to receive, from people who cared about him as much as we did. And now that dad is gone, we not only miss him, but we miss his caregivers and his fellow residents quite a lot! Our family has already recommended All Seasons to other families seeking the highest-quality elder care available, and we would not hesitate to recommend them again. They are, simply put, the best, bar none

All Season’s, Pheasant Ridge, is more than a residential assisted living facility. To my mother, it was her home as she passed through the final stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Toly, and the staff at Pheasant Ridge went out of their way to meet my mother’s every need in an atmosphere that felt more like extended family than an assisted living facility. When I would visit her from Oregon, we would enjoy sitting on the southern style patio’s which wrap around the outside of the home, taking in the view of the county landscape, complete with chickens nearby. Managing my mom’s care remotely, I was included in all major decisions and the details of everyday living were handled 24/7 by skilled caretaking staff. Toly Molitvenik has the caregiving experience and the vision to provide families with a well-trained staff that care for our loved ones in ways that give peace of mind and joy to the residents and their visitors. All Season’s, Pheasant Ridge, fully exceeds a 5-Star Rating from me! I am forever grateful that my mother and I experienced the final season of her life at Pheasant Ridge.

I am so thankful we found All Seasons for our mom. We had had mom several different assisted living situations from large to small. Moms needs were not being met and I was determined to find the perfect spot for our mom to live out the rest of her life. I think I found that place at All Seasons. The setting is beautiful on a large lot with old oak trees and every room has a door to the outside covered walk around patio. The house was built for a 6 bed care home all of the rooms are large with private bathrooms. The staff are amazing, so thoughtful and caring. They keep a close eye on mom and are very patient with her and are always encouraging her to participate in group activities. As mom ages her needs are constantly changing the staff are great at adapting to moms needs during these last years of her life. I feel that mom is safe and well cared for at All Seasons which give me and my siblings such a peace of mind. Mom moved in in January of 2018 to All Seasons and we have all been very happy with the decision to move her to this wonderful care home.

All Seasons Pheasant Ridge absolutely surpassed our expectations. We had looked at many residential care homes but none of them felt right. The minute we walked into Pheasant Ridge we knew we had found the place for our mother. It was beautiful, the staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was bright and cheery. We wanted a place where the staff could handle our mother’s stroke issues and any other conditions that may arise. It was also extremely important to us that where we put her would be a place where end of life conditions were within the scope of care and she could live out the rest of her life without a move to a nursing home. This place turned out to be a great decision. As our mother deteriorated, the staff was her advocate with hospice, making sure new developments were addressed quickly. When it was clear that mom would pass, the staff was so very sensitive and caring right to the end. They were competent on every level. They were responsive to her every need and they gave us the space we needed. I cannot speak highly enough of Pheasant Ridge. It is wonderful place and Toly and his staff should be proud that they have created a home, not just a house.
