My sick elderly mother was in this place for I believe two to three years. While the place was kept clean and the food seemed healthy wise, I didn't find it a good place for Dementia patience. I decided to remove my mother due to too many missing items. Currently, she's in a great Nursing home and has no problems with any more missing items. I give them a 3 star because I know my mother was no picnic, she was pretty difficult at times.

We want to thanks everyone who takes care of our grandpa’s. Sadly we have to move him to a near location by us. Thank you for all the time spending on his good care. We appreciate all of your team for be patient with him as a dementia patient. We hope this new location make him feel welcome and take good care of him. Thank you for also take him in the worst time. Covid was bad at that moment and your facility opens the doors for grandpa. Mss Marie was always nice and very helpful with the process. God bless her. Now my best wishes for all of you. Appreciate your help and kindness too.

We had to place my mother in law at a facility due to her health issues 4 years ago. I was abit skeptical of placing her in a home, needless to say it had to be done. I would like to say that the owner Mary have always kept me informed about what was going on with her, no matter time of day. From change of medication to clothing or even necessities. When we would visit, I never called them to say that I was coming by and I would just show up. The place was always clean and maintained. The residents would sit and watch TV together and even they were always happy to see a visitor and was always friendly too! Sadly mother in law passed away a few weeks ago, Mary called asap to let us know what was going on. i just wanted to let Mary and her team know that we appreciated everything they have done for my mother in law as I can imagine it was not an easy task! I plan on keeping in touch with Mary as she and her workers took care of my mother in law needs. Thank you!

Cannot highly recommend All Stars enough. Although my families first choice would be to have my grandmother at home with the family when you have medical conditions that require in depth care and monitoring sometimes you will need to rely on a home care alternative. They attend to all my grandmother’s needs and have her happy and in very good spirits while being taken cared of. Staff is always friendly and keeps me up to date with any arising issues or concerns and always provides that hands on care you would want and need.

My aunt resides at this facility and has been a resident there for the past year. She is 89 years old and speaks very highly of the way she is treated and how good the staff is to her. I reside in New Jersey and unfortunately have not been to the establishment, but my aunt’s godson visited with her last year and also spoke of the cleanliness and how caring the staff was . He informed me that he was very impressed with the facility. I call my aunt two to three times weekly and all she talks about is how happy she is there, knowing she can’t live alone she would rather be no other place. I have had several phone conversations with Mary the owner who goes above and beyond to assist with and ultimately resolves any questions or concerns that I may have. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering putting their love ones in an assisted living facility in Altamonte Springs , Florida or the surrounding areas. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can’t afford to travel to Florida to care for my aunt however, knowing that she is happy and well cared for is a blessing. Thank you Mary and staff for taking such great care of my only living aunt.
