Allouez Senior Living is a beautiful, warm, and welcoming place. The staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly care about the residents. Absolutely loved Sherrie and everything she did for us Tom was always there and extremely helpful. CNA Jenn treated us like family Heaven has the sweetest, compassionate , empathetic personality The building feels rich, homey, and comfortable—not like a facility, but like a real home. Everyone was so helpful and supportive during a very emotional time for our family, and we will always be grateful for the care and respect they showed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a loving and well-run senior living community.

Took care of my aunt at this facility. Very pleases with the care she received. As the person in charge of her affairs the cost was reasonable for the extent and quality of care she received. Staff always helpful and I was kept informed about her situation. Any issues were addressed and quickly resolved. Highly recommend

I had the privilege of playing Santa at Allouez Senior Living’s Christmas parties this week. I was very impressed with how happy and engaged the residents were in each building; how good the party food was; and how festive the decor looked. It was a joy to be able to help make the celebration even more special as Santa. I can’t wait to do it next year!

My husband is in the memory care unit and I can say, he is treated so well by all the staff. They are all so kind and patient with him. Memory care patients can be very challenging at times, but the girls are so patient and treat all the residents as if they were family. I am so grateful and thankful for everyone of them!

My MIL was in need of memory care unit. This place is beautiful however because she is not rich, never owned a home, they excepted her however they stated she would need to have a roommate, this is after medical professionals and her current facility advised that would be harmful to her because of her paranoia and anxiety. It would eat her alive. This place is more about profit rather then care and showing compassion for the elderly. Lakeland also advised she needed a single room. Dont understand how you can discrimante against her. They seriosuly said because she is on Medicaid she would need a roommate. REALLY!!! Demetia patients should be sharing room with the transition back in time. Paranoia and anxiety issues let them all have their own rooms.
