horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Please do not send your loved ones here. The owners take advantage of the elderly residents. The food is below standards. Under cooked chicken all the time. State keeps finding violations and fire code violations as well. Residents with mental health issues don't get the proper attention they need. Stool is found through out the facility. Residents drop pants and defecate anywhere they please. Some residents physical attack one another. Other residents are blind and staff leaves the in there rooms all day. Other residents go and get them and walk them where they need to go. This is just the top of the iceberg. Please don't send your loved ones here. In God I trust 🙏

True this place has had fair shares of bad reviews and complaints but recently I have heard very good things they have really turned this place around. I used to volunteer here as a young adolescent and have followed this place off and on for the past few years thru ups and downs. This place takes care of resents with many mental health challenges that cannot manage their lives on their own. It is a safe place to have boarding, and get their medical needs, and have a close to normal life. I have found this place to be safe holding every resident that resident to a certain accountability with rules, and schedules that keep everyone stable. Alot of places have had complaints but most complaints are from others who do not understand the needs and that don't realize that without safe places like this to live people with their needs would not be able to maintain their active daily living. I love this place I always have and one day I will go back to work there it is a very charming rewarding place to work and live. 🏩
