Alpha House

This is definitely a real house. As a new alpha, they accommodated my carnivore diet. I came here from the Kiddie Kingdom when I hit puberty and then all my chest hair grew in thanks to the meats. I'm so glad I live in this very normal house.

I have spent many hours in long term care facilities over a 15 year span. I have never worked with such a team that is as compassionate and thoughtful as the team at Alpha House. The staff their gets to know their residents on a personal level and is able to customize their care to their individual needs. The building is designed with safety in mind with an open floor plan. I truly think it’s one of the best facilities in the greater Richmond area. Cindy and her team are truly something special.

After dealing with another assisted living I have found Alpha House staff very caring & attentive! Breath of fresh air compared to other facilities. They communicate my mother's needs & anything they think might help her. The food is MUCH better too

We had the best experience when my grandmother was there 2015-2017. Cindy, Becky and Javon were some of our favorite staff. We always knew she was well loved and cared for! My kids were little VIPs when they visited as well which was just the icing on the cake:)

Alpha House has been a wonderful home for my Mom, for the past several years. The staff are all so caring and compassionate, and treat all the residents like family members. I never worry about the care she is getting, or her well being. Cindy Henline, the Director of Nursing, has always been my "go to' person, and so responsive and helpful. She will always get back to my questions quickly (even while on vacation) and is just so wonderful to work with. I feel like she is part of our family! We all love Alpha House!
