ALPINE B

Alpine Board and Care was a wonderful, caring and loving home for my Mom in her last few years of life. I trusted Heidi and Marcella to care for my Mom when I could not. They kept her clean, arranged healthcare providers to come by for visits, they fed her nutritious food, talked with her and most importantly, they were very kind to her and our family. We were very impressed with the way Heidi took care of her residents during the pandemic. We didn't get to see my Mom for 107 days but through Marcella's help, we were able to arrange phone calls and video chats. We got though it without any residents getting COVID! The facility is a well kept home, with a garden and a backyard for visiting. We enjoyed our visits at Alpine Board and Care and are grateful for the memories of my Mom's last years. There need to be more stars for Alpine B! They were a God send for my mother who has been there since the end of 2017. Heidi Baha is the owner/operator and is a nurse and miracle worker. My mother was deathly afraid of being put away in a nursing home. Heidi and her team made mom feel loved from day one and take great care of her. I live a thousand miles away and have total confidence that my mother is getting the best care possible. I can't say enough good things about Alpine B. We were lucky to slip in when we did. It was thanks to a recommendation from a nurse at a facility my mother was at to recover from some medical issues. The nurse told us about Heidi and how wonderful she was. It was all true. I had my mother’s rent paid and ready to move in that same day and every day at Alpine B has been a blessing for my mother and me. I hope you are as fortunate as my mother was to get a room at Alpine B. :-)

It is a great facility, from their owner to entire workers are amazing, they really care about there residents and treating them with manner and respect. Every care giver that I met in this place approach me with most dignity, and the Owner Heidi is so knowledgeable that later on I found out beside she has done her nursing, she also came from a strong background of medical family. I do recommend this place over 110%. I hope this review will be helpful for those who really cares about their love one to be in a good hand.
